Delores Y. Critelli (d.2015)

Founder (1963-2010)

Delores Critelli co-founded PLC with Elmer Wahl in 1963. From 1963 to 2002, she served as its president and board chairman, and continued to serve on the board through 2010. Ms. Critelli was recognized and honored by numerous professional and community organizations. She was the recipient of the 1997 Business Owners Achievement Award from Professional Women in Construction.

David L. Critelli

President & CEO

David Critelli has been employed by PLC since 1970 and became President in 2003. During his tenure, he has held all notable positions in the company's field operations, including laborer, foreman, and superintendent. Since 1980, he has been chief estimator and supervises all design, engineering and estimating operations of the company. Mr. Critelli is also director of the corporation.

Steven M. Critelli, Esq.

Executive V.P., Corporate Secretary & General Counsel

Steven Critelli has been employed by PLC since 1997 and oversees all legal matters affecting the company. Mr. Critelli was admitted to the New York bar in 1980. Mr. Critelli is also a director of the corporation.

Steven Bonsted

Vice President and Controller

Since 1986, Mr. Bonsted has served as Controller. He oversees the accounting department and financial affairs affecting the company.

Allen Robert Kobbe

Vice President

Since 1990, Mr. Kobbe has supervised and managed all company field operations.

Michael E. Lopata

Vice President

Mr. Lopata joined PLC in 1982 and is the designated engineer in charge of special projects.

James Moorehead

Vice President

Mr. Moorehead joined PLC in 1993 and is a project manager.

Scott MacKenzie

Vice President

Mr. MacKenzie joined PLC in 1984 and since then has served as an engineer and project manager.
